The institute has got two intakes, the February intake and the August intake. Only certificate courses are available for admissions during the February intake and only Diploma courses are available for admissions during the August intake. Students now study the short courses in Computer Applications, and Computer Repair and Maintenances, and Computer Networking, during the two holidays whereby the first holidays begin early June and end in August, and the second holidays begin early December and ends late February
